Refund and Exchange Policy

 

If you wish to return an item, you have ten days after receipt of the item to contact us at zebrablush@gmail.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at zebrablush@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. All items must be returned within 10 days of this acceptance. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not cover or reimburse shipping fees for returned items.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and rectify the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned like earrings and personal care goods (such as beauty products, earring and face coverings). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift vouchers.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to make an exchange is to return the item you do not want and once the return has been approved (you will receive a confirmation email and we will process a refund), you should make a separate purchase for the new item you want.

Refunds 

We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
